Door Reprocessing

Haldane Fisher is one of the few builders and plumbers merchants to operate a door reprocessing service.

We opened the division in 2001 with the view to offering a highly specialised service within the manufacture and reprocessing of fire door leaves.  The latest computer controlled CNC machinery was installed to develop a dedicated production facility and to ensure accuracy and consistency of product to meet the ever increasing demands of the construction industry.  To achieve this, the division has implemented the highest quality standards (BSEN ISO 9001: 2000) and achieved full membership of the British woodworking Federation (BWF) Certifire Scheme.  The aim of the scheme is to enable specifiers, builders and end users to have real confidence when selecting manufacturers of fire doors and doorsets. 

In 2006 the division stayed ahead of the industry by introducing certified door frames and doors, fully serviced to meet building control regulations.
