Jenny Bristow Spring cooking in Larne showroom

The mouthwatering aroma of spring cooking are set to linger in the air in Larne next week as Northern Ireland's much loved food ambassador and TV chef, Jenny Bristow comes to town to officially open the new Haldane Fisher showroom on Thursday 14th April at 7.30pm.

On the menu is an evening of inspirational Spring Cooking at the company's newly extended Redlands Road branch. Herb crusted Roast Lamb with fresh greens, seafood filo pastry tartlets and a traditional Easter Simnell cake are just a few of the culinary delights that Jenny Bristow will be cooking up for foodie fans.

"We are delighted to offer our customers and friends the chance to experience an evening with Jenny Bristow who promises to treat us to an wonderful medley of recipes and a whole range of tips for both day-to-day cooking and entertaining for friends," explains Stephen Rooney, Group Marketing Manager, Haldane Fisher Group.

"Easter is such a wonderful time of year as there's such a plentiful array of lovely fresh vegetables and local produce available. Warmer days and longer evenings make it the perfect time to gather friends and family together for dinner or blow away those winter cobwebs with the first family picnic al fresco of the year!" adds Jenny Bristow.
